great access to parks and local eateries for weekend leisure
I really appreciated how close this place is to Travers Park, just a short, easy walk away, and having great dining options like Jackson Diner right around the corner made my stay enjoyable and convenient, perfect for someone who loves exploring on foot. It’s a solid choice for solo travelers looking for a central spot to discover the city.

I had an awesome stay with super helpful staff who quickly arranged a private room for me when I realized my bed choice was shared. Enjoyed chilling at the cozy lounge and the peaceful garden area. Just wish the twin bed option was more clearly marked, but overall, I left feeling great! 😄

Affordable Stay with Room for Improvement
We had a decent experience during our stay, especially considering the price. Loved the local restaurant options nearby. However, cleanliness needs urgent attention. sheets weren't fresh, and we found an unwelcome guest, a cockroach.

Our room was so small, I almost used my suitcase as a chair! And let's just say I hugged the walls to keep my personal space intact.

Great customer service but too many noise issues and shared spaces were uncomfortable.

Some sweet culinary gems nearby like Thai Son and Jackson Diner totally saved my foodie soul. Plus, the location is super clutch for subway access—less time traveling, more time eating!
However, the entrance was a trip—think creepy vibes with a stray cat lurking. The room felt haunted with dirt and noise. definitely not my idea of cozy.

Convenient location but noisy and unclean
The place is in a great location, close to the subway and many attractions. However, the shared room was anything but peaceful, with loud housekeeping staff and an unpleasant smell.

The location stands out as it's situated in a pleasant neighborhood with various dining options nearby. Despite a few language barriers and a frustrating check-in process, communication was generally manageable. The absence of soap and the unpleasant odor from the washroom were notable downsides, but the budget-friendly pricing and accessibility to community sites made it a reasonable choice.
